rinnovamento che ha richiesto anni di lavori e con il quale la
proprietà è riuscita a coniugare il fascino dello stile neogotico
con le più avanzate esigenze dell’ospitalità contemporanea.
Per l’ospite sarà possibile scegliere di rilassarsi ammirando il
panorama, visitare i centri religiosi e i borghi umbri, giocare
una partita di tennis o fare un’escursione in mountain bike nel
grande parco romantico di proprietà.

luogo sarà il nuovo orto che sta sorgendo ai margini del parco.
Qui verranno coltivati ortaggi tipici del posto che saranno
utilizzati nella cucina del ristorante La Limonaia. Sul concetto di
eco sostenibilità e cibo a km 0 punta molto il direttore Roberto
Mereu, che vuole rivalutare le tradizioni di una terra ricca di
storia e cultura e al tempo stesso far sì che queste tradizioni si
rifettano anche nel cibo.

The complex is a fascinating and particular structure with
eighteenth century forms but arises atop a sort of antiquemilitary
garrison from the third century. It has a number of gracious
residences built in its farmhouse spaces in addition to its rooms
and suites. It is the result of a complete restoration which took
years of work and with which the property has managed to
unite the fascination of neo-gothic style with the most advanced
demands of contemporary hospitality. For guests it will be
possible to choose to relax admiring the panorama, visit religious
centres andUmbrian hamlets, play amatch of tennis or take a ride
on amountainbike in the spacious romantic park on the property.
Besides the recreational activities an important strong point
of the place with be the new vegetable garden that is growing
at the edges of the park. Here will be cultivated typical local
vegetables which will be used in the kitchen of the restaurant
La Limonaia. Regarding the concept of eco sustainability and
local food, director Roberto Mereu is an ardent supporter who
wants to give importance to a land rich in history and culture and
simultaneously have these traditions refected in the cuisine.
