che si ispira alla tradizione italiana e toscana, con
un menu che ruota attorno alla stagionalità degli
ingredienti forniti dai produttori locali.
After 15 years at Four Seasons in November last
year, Vito Mollica, Executive Chef of Il Palagio,
celebrated his frst Michelin star. He proposes a
cuisine which takes its inspiration from the Italian
and Tuscan traditions. The menu depends on
seasonal products furnished by local producers.
