ENOTECA PINCHIORRI
If someone prefer having dinner outside the hotel,
Florence host one of the Italian iconic haute cuisine
restaurant, the Enoteca Pinchiorri, created by
Giorgio Pinchiorri and his wife Annie Feolde. Before
dinner, we are accompanied to the cellar. Like Alice
in wonderland we remain enchanted. In twenty
years of reporting we have certainly seen a few
cellars, but this one tops themall. Giorgio Pinchiorri
is afable, kind, suave. Hewelcomes guests with that
typical nonchalance of he who knows to be an icon
in the world of gastronomy but puts all airs aside.
Volendo cenare fuori l’hotel a Firenze esiste
una delle icone delll’alta gastronomia italiana,
l’Enoteca Pinchiorri creata da Giorgio Pinchiorri
e la moglie, Annie Feolde. Prima di cena ci
accompagnano in cantina. Come Alice nel Paese
delle meraviglie rimaniamo incantati. Giorgio
Pinchiorri è affabile, gentile, soave. Accoglie
gli ospiti con quella leggerezza tipica di chi
sa di essere una icona dell’eno-gastronomia
mondiale ma che non se ne cura.
