Inaugurato nel 2003 questo è stato il
primo hotel italiano della compagnia.
Inserito in un bell’edifcio neoclassico,
a pochi passi dalla Galleria Vittorio
Emanuele, il Park Hyatt Milano è tra
i pochi indirizzi veramente esclusivi
nel centro cittadino. Il progettista Ed
Tuttle (noto per aver curato il Park
Hyatt Vendôme e alcuni resort della
Aman) ha conservato il carattere
storico dell’edifcio sposandolo con un
rafnatodesign contemporaneo.
Un’ampia cupola sovrasta
la lobby, punto di
ritrovo dell’hotel. Sete
e velluti ben si legano
con il travertino delle
pareti caratterizzando
l’ambiente. Qui viene
servita la colazione.
Usciamo e in pochi
passi arriviamo al Duomo
per salire alla terrazza.
Inaugurated in 2003, this was the

Inserted in a beautiful neoclassical
building, a few steps away from the
Vittorio Emanuele Gallery, the Park
Hyatt Milan is among the few address
truly exclusive in the city centre. The
architect Ed Tuttle (known for having
followed the work at the Park Hyatt
Vendôme and a few of the Aman
resorts) kept the historical character
of the building, wedding it to a refned
contemporary design.
The spacious dome dominates the
lobby, meeting point of the hotel.
Silks and velvet combine well
with the travertine of the walls,
characterising the atmosphere.
Here breakfast is served. We go
out and, after a few steps, arrive at
the Duomo and proceed up to the
terrace.
