Il Vun (uno inmilanese) è una sorpresa. Iniziamo con
Capesante, fnocchio, zenzero, yougurt e bottarga,
come primo gli Spaghettoni, cacio, pepe nero,
fnferli e cipollotto (a sinistra) mentre il secondo è la
Faraona petto e coscia, pastinaca, senape e funghi
poppini (sotto). E concludiamo con Gianduia e
lamponi (a destra).
The Vun (one in Milanese) is a surprise.
We begin with Scallops, fennel, ginger,
yogurt and botarga. For the frst
course Spaghettoni, cheese, black
pepper, salad onions, chanterelles
(left), while the main dish is
Pheasant breasts and thighs,
parsnip, mustard and
pioppini mushrooms
(below). We conclude
with Gianduia and
raspberries (right).
