Amid the wood and marble of the bar, an aperitif
is obligatory. But there are those who prefer the
Chicchettetria, a space in La Cusina dedicated to
“chicchetti” and “shadows”, contemporary shots
following the Venetian tradition accompanied with
hors d’oeuvres which recall Spanish tapas. Just enough
time for a romantic and isolated dinner on the terrace,
on the water of the canal.
Tra i legni e marmi del bar un aperitivo è d’obbligo.
Ma c’è chi preferisce la Chicchettetria. Ovvero uno
spazio ne La Cusina dedicato ai “chicchetti” e alle
“ombre”, gli shot contemporanei secondo la tradizione
veneta accompagnati da stuzzichini che ricordano le
tapas spagnole. Giusto in tempo per una romantica e
solitaria cena in terrazza, sull’acqua del canale.
